Hi I'm Laura

The face behind YOLO Fitness. I'm a Personal Trainer passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities feel stronger, more confident and enjoy training.

My role isn’t just to coach you, it’s to teach you: how to train smart, lift well and keep progressing long after our sessions.

You’ll learn good form, how to challenge yourself safely and how to make fitness a part of your life something you enjoy, not endure!

I’m here to set you up for long-term success. Whatever your goals are, I’ll be just as passionate about achieving them as you are. My aim is to help you fall in love with lifting so much that it becomes part of your long game.

Based at Fit100 Gym in Watchfield, this is your space to train with purpose and feel bloody good doing it!

Fitness has got a little noisy lately… too many fads, “fitfluencers,” and pressure to look a certain way. Let’s ditch all that!

I’m here to make training simple, fun and focused on you. No cookie-cutter plans, no fluff ... just supportive coaching that fits into your life.


We’ll cut through the BS, have a laugh, work hard and get you the results you’re after.

Whether you’re new, nervous or just ready for a reset, this is your space to grow stronger, feel better, and actually enjoy the process (yes, it’s possible!).

Everyone’s different, and that’s exactly how it should be.

Training is no one size fits all. So you'll find no cookie cutter plans here, everything is centred around you and your individual body. 

 

I offer different options to suit different needs and budgets from online coaching to all in PT, but if you’re after something a little more specific we can look at tailoring a plan that fits what you're looking for.

You'll get expert guidance, progression advice and a perfect mix of challenge, good fun and encouragement. Available as PAYG, block bookings or subscription plans.

Women-only strength and conditioning classes that blend kettlebells, circuits,

and music for a fun, full-body workout. Good energy, great vibes, and movements that can be adapted for all levels.
